Hi
i have a question about Cardio vs Fat Buring. i am 6 Foot 5, and 230lbs. i want to lose some weight. i normlly
do 30 min of Cardio/Fat Burning. When i do cardio the machines suggest that i have a hart rate of 142When i use Fat Burner it suggest that i have a hart rate of 115. Why is there such a diffreance in hart rates? Which is better? What about nutrition suppliments? Does anyone have any suggestions or tips?

Your target heart rate has to do with the cardiovascular condition that you are in. Based off of your age, sex, and weight the machine will calculate a baseline recommendation. Keep in mind that no 2 people are the same. Next time you workout ask the fitness manager or one of the certified personal trainers for a fitness assesment. This is free at every 24 hour fitness, just be sure to get it done b4 your workout.
