* Thrs 7pm @ Church & Market (Near Castro)
* Sat 5pm @ Potrero
* Sun 10am @ Church & Market

Why do they love my classes...? I would say they love my classes for three main reasons.
1. It is a tough work out
2. The music is varied and very inspiring
3. I encourage you to push yourself with out me trying to be a "wanna-be drill sargent"

My class meets all levels of riders...seriously from beginners to hard core riders .. .all have enjoyed my classes and have gotten great work outs.
